Recuenco was born in Madrid and very early on in his career he began a collaboration with international fashion magazines such as Vogue Spain, Madame Figaro, Wad, Vogue, Spoon, Planet, VanityFair, Stern, Kult, Twill, GQ,Marie Claire2, Vogue UK, Vanity Fair and Zink. Eugenio has since collaborated on print campaigns for Boucheron, Loewe, Nina Ricci, Diesel, ShangaiTan, Yves Saint Laurent, Playstation, Custo, Le Bon Marché, BSI Lugano, Naf Naf, Mango and Pernod Ricard. He has worked with brands such as Loewe, Freixenet, Mango, Codorniu, Chivas Regal, Regione Campania, Vanderbilt and Motorola, bringing his defined sensibility to their campaigns. In 2008 his spot “The Essence of Seduction” gained wide recognition in Spain where it was awarded the prize for best advertising of the year, and in the Mexico City International Film Festival it was appointed as the best entry within the short film category. He has recently completed two short films, “Manuscript Trouvé Dans L´Oubli, “and is currently working on his first full-length film: (W)Hole Time.
